We focus on values like happiness, passion, trust, purpose, professionalism, communication, adaptability and finally innovation.

The theory says that the organizational culture is a set of shared values which governs how people act inside the organization.

When you want to define it, to make it clear for everyone, you need to answer to questions like: how detailed or abstract should it be, how much consensus should there be on the shared values, how do we apply it in the day to day life of the company.

We tried a few times to uncover it or even more to stimulate its growth towards our ideal view of a company’s culture.

From our journey we learnt a few things about organizational culture, like:

  • People should be able to use it when it comes down to making a decision
  • It has to be simple and clear, not too abstract, not too detailed
  • It has to be shared by the every member of the organization

With the above being said, here are the things we believe in and act accordingly:

  • We believe in Happiness by enjoying what we do and doing what really matters
  • We believe in energizing ourselves by following our Passion
  • We believe Trust in each other will allow us to be more autonomous and responsible
  • We believe there should be a clear Purpose in everything we do
  • We believe in delivering high quality by continuous learning and Professionalism
  • We believe openness and transparency always leads to meaningful, kind Communication
  • We believe everything changes so Adaptability and Innovation are essential

Of course, that’s the essence of it, but we will try to go over every each of the items highlighted above in detail in future posts.
